Hadrian, 117-138. Denarius (Silver, 20 mm, 3.14 g, 7 h), uncertain mint in the East, group 3, circa 128-130 or somewhat later. HADRIANVS AVGVSTVS II Laureate, draped and cuirassed bust of Hadrian to right. Rev. COS III Roma seated left on cuirass and shield, holding Victory in her right hand and cornucopiae in her left. BMC 1033 var. (spear instead of cornucopiae). Cohen -. RIC -. RIC II, Part 3, 3067. Very rare and in exceptional condition for an eastern denarius. Light die rust on the obverse, otherwise, good extremely fine.
